Hey! My name is Cara, and thanks for stopping by! 

At the heart of my passion for communications is a love of storytelling. For as long as I can remember, I have used writing as a creative outlet to convey my big ideas and connect to the people around me. It’s taken many forms over the years - journaling, handwritten letters, a Substack blog, you name it.

When I realized this passion was something I could do for a living, I left my home in the suburbs of Detroit and declared a major in public relations at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. Since moving out east, I’ve dove headfirst into the world of communications and media, becoming somewhat of a jack of all trades in the process.

From Syracuse, to Paramount, to NBCUniversal, there has been one through line - a goal to make positive impact by maintaining genuine connections.

With special interests in public relations, marketing, copywriting, brand messaging, and campaign planning, I am passionate about making positive impact through creative and strategic communications.
